I agree there are so many networks and sites out there to promote through. I think it is too much to try to do them all. I use MyBlogLog for the widget and I'm on Technorati, but the majority of my new traffic is coming from cre8Buzz. I'm still exploring it a bit and wondering why I'm there. It seems that a group I circulate in moved en mass from Pownce to Facebook, but now we know each other a little better. All though the members of the group are medbloggers or medblog readers on the whole.
