Spent about 20 minutes on Jo's smartphone to find VirginMedia's phone number, then the internet came back after being out for over 14 hours #
Not a massive milestone, but my V70 clocked up 150,000 miles on the way home today. Highest mileage on my car. Best car ever. #volvoforlife #

Wow, that had to be the shortest Parent Evening I've ever been to. Less than 5 minutes from the time we walked through the door. All fine. #
Back from recorders, still fairly confident that we'll do Little Drummer Boy for Christmas. I'll make up my mind after half term break. #
Kids did an assault course at school today in aid of Action for Hunger. A did 5 laps and P did 8. They're still covered in camo face paint. #
Took the easy option tonight. @PapaJohnsUK pizzas ordered online. #
Added Always Playing by Nigel Kennedy http://t.co/eIibd40w to my books to read. I must spend more time reading. The pile keeps growing. #
Spec'd and ordered Mum's new Dell computer this afternoon. Windows 7 and Office 2010 will both be a new experience. Old one lasted 8 years. #
