  • Sat my ABRSM Music Theory grade 1 exam this morning. Think it went OK. My son sat his grade 2. Have to wait a few weeks to get the results. #
  • Exploring PC based solution using MythTV as a replacement for our DVD recorder. Looking good. It might replace our media player as well. #

  • My Arriva 69 bus was 13 minutes early this morning. It passed me as I was waiting to cross the road. No wonder I don't use public transport! #
  • I walked into Dunstable town centre to catch the Arriva 69 that had passed me and got on it the same time it should have arrived at my stop. #
  • After catching the Arriva 69 from Dunstable town centre, it still left 2 minutes early. I pity anyone who has to rely on public transport. #
  • Replaced the syphon in the toilet; the valve had fallen apart. First time, the joint between the cistern and pan leaked. Pumber's Mait fixed #

  • Traveled by bus today for the first time in years. Glad I got to the bus stop in plenty of time, it was 5 minutes early. Only 40 min journey #
  • Hot and busy out there in Dunstable this evening. While on the bus, Bomb Disposal team with sirens headed northbound through the traffic. #

  • Just back from taking photos in Ashridge this morning. Saw quite a few deer. #
  • Got a photo of a brown hare this morning. http://bit.ly/aVFLcG It was only about 20 foot away. Really pleased, first time I've seen one. #
